Progress and Momentum

Here is my food for today:

  • 2.5 oranges squeezed, blended with spirulina, fiber, stevia, water and ice
  • Herb teas: smooth move

Here are the health goals I am addressing:

  • bloated intestines
  • bulging abdomen
  • flabby muscles
  • sore intestines
  • overall obesity
  • edema in lower legs and feet
  • lack of energy
  • no desire to exercise
  • lack of drive
  • depression
  • hopelessness

I am seeing improvement in all areas, and will continue to report on breakthroughs.
