Here is my food for today:
- 2.5 oranges squeezed, blended with spirulina, fiber, stevia, water and ice
- Herb teas: smooth move
Here are the health goals I am addressing:
- bloated intestines
- bulging abdomen
- flabby muscles
- sore intestines
- overall obesity
- edema in lower legs and feet
- lack of energy
- no desire to exercise
- lack of drive
- depression
- hopelessness
I am seeing improvement in all areas, and will continue to report on breakthroughs.
