I was reading Jackie’s Blog about her Cura Romana Journey a short while ago. I was thinking that it really was a courageous step to look at giving up smoking in such an open way. As a former smoker myself, I know that it’s a huge step to take. I’m just so, so pleased for her. I suggested that she save the money she would have spent on ciggies and then buy some lovely new clothes for her wardrobe as a treat
Well now I’m going to do something which, for me at least, is brave. I’m going to reveal to you all what my weight loss chart is from beginning Cura Romana. I started the course on 14th May, so that was two days of feasting and then commenced the food plan on 16th May. So, here it is then … a little chart for you to see below.

So, there it is. I’ve done it now and I just hope that it proves helpful to some people out there who are thinking about embarking on weight loss, but perhaps feel that the target is out of reach. That’s how I felt. For that reason I haven’t put my end target on here, just an intermediate one of 85 and once I get there, I’ll start a new graph and there will be another goal.
