This Week’s Gain: 0.3kg (0.7 lbs)

Total Loss: 10.3kg (22.7 lbs)

Hip to Waist Ratio: 0.86

Waist: 85 cm (33.5 inches)

Hips: 98.5 cm (38.8 inches)

BMI: 24.23

Body Fat Last Week: 31.38%

Body Fat This Week: 30.69%

A gain of 300 grams this week.  To be honest, I am not all that upset about this.  I went off my diet half way through this week and whilst I didn’t make any truly awful food choices,  my diet wasn’t as good as it could have been.  Also, I didn’t exercise as much as I normally do.

Exercise

Pretty pathetic this week and I have no excuses.  I just lost motivation.  Hopefully I will have a better week next week.
