Do you drink enough water?
Water carries nutrients and oxygen to the cells through the blood. We need water to breathe; we lose approximately one pint of liquid every day just by breathing out.
As a result of not drinking enough water, many people encounter such problems as excess body fat, poor muscle tone and size, also decreased digestive efficiency and organ function, increased toxicity in the body, joint and muscle soreness after exercise and water retention.
Proper water intake is the key to weight loss our body can’t metabolize the fat, we retain fluid, which keeps our weight up. The minimum amount of water we should drink is 8-10 glasses a day. More water is good if your over weight. Your water intake should be spread throughout the day, including the evening. There is absolutely not too much water you can drink the more the better.
Water is water. Don’t substitute for anything else. Most of the liquids we drink are toxins to our body which are not good for us. There is a difference between pure water and other drinks that contain water.
Water is water. Yes, you can get it by consuming juice, soda, alcohol, coffee or tea. Unfortunately, while these drinks contain water, they also may contain substances that are not healthy for us. drinks that contain caffeine, such as coffee, stimulate our adrenal glands; juices contain a lot of sugar and stimulate the pancreas.
The way to lose all of this, therefore, is that the recommended daily water intake means just water.
